Summer Office Hours

During the summer break, our school office will operate on the following schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

**Please note that the Student Services office will be closed on Fridays.

If you need to register your child for the upcoming school year, please visit the HCPSS Enrollment page. Upon registration, our registrar will be in touch to schedule an in-person appointment. 

Transcript Requests

If you require official transcripts for your child, please follow the procedures mentioned below:

Unofficial transcripts are available to current students in Synergy. Here’s how to access:

Log into Synergy

1. Select - More Options from the left panel
2. Select – Report Cards
3. Select – The Transcript you wish to access

Use the links below to request an official transcript for:

• Current students who need a transcript for scholarships, internships, HCC JumpStart, non-college purposes, or an unofficial transcript should complete the Current Student Google Form 
• Former Students | (Class of 2018 – 2023) Use the Post Graduate Transcript Request Form
• Former Students | (RHS Graduates 2017 and Prior) Please complete this form and contact student_transcripts@hcpss.org. 

Change of Address

For families moving out of Howard County, you must complete a withdrawal form and return it via email to the registrars. Once this form is received, we can put together a packet of information and necessary documents for you to bring to your child’s new school.  

For families who are changing addresses within Howard County: after you have moved, please complete a Change of Address form and provide your new lease/deed and a utility bill so that we can update your address in our system.  If your address change results in a change of school, we will assist in transferring your child’s records to their new school.

How do I take classes at HCC: JumpStart Dual-Enrollment is a partnership between HCPSS and Howard Community College (HCC) that provides options for HCPSS students to gain college credits, explore possible careers or earn an associate degree.  Please visit our HCC JumpStart Dual-Enrollment page for more information.

How do I obtain/submit service learning hours? Here is the form that should be submitted for service learning.  Information on how to get service hours is linked here.

Learner's Permit Information:   For specific information about requirements for getting a learner's permit, visit MVA Learner's Permit.  The school must verify the student's attendance. Please use the DL 300A Form from the MVA.
