Student Schedule Change Requests

Welcome to your 2020-2021 school year.   We are allowing students to request schedule changes beginning on September 9th.  All schedule changes MUST be requested using this google form

Please note we will not accommodate teacher change requests or requests to move classes to different periods or different semesters. 

The process is as follows: 

Students complete the form in its entirety and submit.  The counselors in collaboration with administrators will evaluate the schedule change request.  We will take every schedule change into consideration and make a decision based on the following factors:

1)      Will the new classwork within your requested schedule?

2)      Is there room in the class you are requesting?

3)      Is it in the best interest of you to change your schedule?

4)      Is there a minimal impact on the other courses in our schedule?

Once a decision is made, the counselor will reach back out to the student with the approval or denial.  Please give the counselor 72 hours to get back to the student with a decision.  Thanks for your understanding and please be detailed in reasons why you are requesting a change.
