Uniform and equipment collection:  Thursday, June 11th, and Friday, June 12th we will be collecting all uniforms and equipment issued from HCPSS for students who are in grades 9-11. As we are not expecting a large number of necessary returns, please see the times below. Do try to adhere to your assigned time so we can stay as organized as possible regarding the times to pick up and drop off your items!

A few reminders:

    *ALL HCPSS issued sports uniforms and equipment MUST BE RETURNED
    *Students who are NOT returning to HCPSS must turn in HCPSS textbooks and Chromebooks.
    *If you are returning to HCPSS in the fall, you do not need to return Chromebooks and textbooks at this time.

PLEASE LABEL ALL ITEMS THAT YOU DROP OFF!

    In the bag of uniforms/items etc... place a sheet of paper with your name, grade, and item that you are returning!

STATIONS:

Station One -  One vehicle per household.  When you arrive, we ask that you wear a mask and gloves for drop-off locations.
Vehicle occupants must remain in their car at all times unless otherwise directed!
Please write the student's name on a piece of paper using a marker or crayon so that the staff member can easily identify the person in the vehicle.

Station Two - Item pick up. If you have requested necessary items to be picked up at the school, please stop and hold up your name and your item will be put in your trunk.

Station Three - HCPSS Uniform/Equipment Turn In. Please pop your trunk, and if not already labeled, do so with your uniforms, instruments, etc...
