• Final Exams cannot be taken early.  If you miss a final exam, you can schedule a make-up Monday-Thursday between 9:00am and 12:00pm during the summer.  Please email Linda_Ruiz_Rojas@hcpss.org to schedule

Grading of Finals

• For grades 9 -11:  if a student misses the final exam, the teacher will give a Z for the exam grade. If the student misses the exam and has an excused absence, the student may take a make-up exam.  All remaining Z grades will change to E grades next fall.
• For seniors only, if a student in a full year course misses the final exam, the teacher will give a grade of E for the exam grade. If the student misses the exam and has an excused absence, the student may take a make-up exam, and the grade should be changed.
