Dear RHS Class of 2022 Students and Parents:

This year, as in year's past, Howard County Public Schools will send mid-year reports to all colleges for which students have previously requested a transcript. This will be done the week of February 14 and will include Q1 and Q2 grades for full year courses, and Q1, Q2, and a final grade for semester courses. 

Students and parents can view the list of schools that will receive their mid-year report by clicking on the "Colleges" tab and then the "Colleges I'm applying to" link in Naviance. If there are colleges not listed that a transcript needs to be sent to, the student will have to complete a Transcript Request Form and communicate with the Registrar.  Furthermore, if there are colleges listed in Naviance that you are no longer applying to, please also notify the Registrar at rhsregistrars@hcpss.org.

For students using Common App: Please use this opportunity to make sure you student's college list in Naviance matches their college list in Common App.

Please Note: For any colleges requesting the mid-year report prior to the week of February 14, students can provide that school a copy of their Q2 report card. Again, HCPSS mid-year reports will not be available to send until the week of February 14, 2022.
