We are excited to distribute the diploma covers on Tuesday, June 9th between 9 AM - 2:30 PM.

    Some staff will be there to help celebrate and cheer for your student.
    We would love for you to drive your student, if possible, so that we may help them enjoy the fanfare from the passenger seat. If this isn’t possible, no worries, we will still be yelling for them.
    Feel free to decorate your cars or hold up signs while going through the line. Your student should also wear their cap and gown so we can have a photo op.
    As a reminder, all PPE equipment should be utilized during this distribution. Masks can be taken off during the photo op.  A parent/guardian can get out of the car to take pictures but please continue to practice social distancing.
    We love our students and we miss them so we want to send them off in grand style now that they are official HCPSS graduates!!
    You will enter in the car loop and travel around to the stadium. You will be exiting in the same way – the exit closest to the stadium.

Below is the schedule for our seniors. We will be giving them out in one day, Tuesday, June 9th.

A - B 9:00 - 9:45

C - D 9:45 - 10:30

E - H 10:30 - 11:15

I - M 11:15 - 12:00

N - P 12:00 - 12:45

Q - S 12:45 - 1:30

T - Z 1:30 - 2:15

2:15 - 2:30 PM Anyone who was unable to come during their assigned time slot.
