HCPSS utilizes Family File for parents/guardians to complete emergency information. Regardless of virtual or in-person learning, parents/guardians must verify and/or update information for each child. Parents/guardians can complete Family File by logging in to HCPSS Connect, select the More Options tab on the left, and then selecting Family File in the center column. Family File guides are available online.

If your student received an HCPSS Recovery of Learning Packet, we will be accepting these packets on Wednesday, Sept. 16th at station six. All of the work within this packet aligns with the Quarter 4 distance learning tasks given online. The 2020-2021 virtual instruction model provides students with, on average, 3 hours of synchronous learning with their teachers four days each week. The remaining instructional time is designated for students to complete asynchronous learning activities and assignments. Students also have daily opportunities to access additional synchronous supports.
