How do I request a transcript? Transcripts can be requested HERE for scholarships/internships, single college requests, dual enrollment, and recent graduates. Class of 2023 can request transcripts by completing the transcript request form. Also, unofficial transcripts are available to all students in Synergy under the report cards tab. If you were enrolled in an HCPSS high school MORE than 5 years ago, please email student_transcripts@hcpss.org.
Who do I contact to register for enrollment at Reservoir High School? Registrations are a multistep process, including online registration. Please visit www.hcpss.org/enroll to begin the registration process. A registrar will reach out to you once all paperwork has been submitted.

How do I apply for a work permit? Work permits are required for minors under the age of 18 who work in Maryland. Work permits are completed online and DO NOT require verification from the school.
How do I get my learner’s permit form completed? Please print the DL-300A Learner's Permit Verification of School Attendance Form and complete Section A, including signatures from both applicant and parent/guardian. How do I find my child's report card and transcript? Students and parents can access report cards by visiting hcpss.me and then synergy. Once in synergy, go to more options and click on report cards. A copy of ALL hcpss report cards is housed here as well as an updated unofficial transcript.
